BodyTalk is based on the premise that the body can heal itself if given the opportunity to have optimal balance restored to the body. In BodyTalk we do not prescribe anything, we do not diagnose, there are no uncomfortable manipulations or needles. In fact, your body does everything in the BodyTalk session. The practitioner simply establishes communication with the body, asks appropriate questions and with "linking", "tapping out" and "exaggerated breathing", the healing process begins.
There is no defined number of sessions as everyone will have different requirements as to how many and how regularly they will need BodyTalk. In some cases people will only need a handful of sessions (3-5), whereas with others who have long-standing physical or emotional conditions there may be a need for more ongoing BodyTalk.
Every session ends with the question, "Is it a priority to schedule another BodyTalk session?" If so, a timeline is asked. This may be anywhere from a day (not common), to a week (more common), to a month (more common after several sessions).
